For the cultivation of bacteria:

  • Triptone (10g)
  • Levadure extract (5g)
  • NaCl (10g)
  • H20 d (1L)
  • Agar (1,8 - 2g / 100mL)
For the observation of the bacteria and how they react to the products:
  • Microscope
  • Methylin blue
  • Pipette
  • Petri dishes (4)

    Some nice work in general here chaps,

    One huge issue is the 'fuentes' you have not referenced anything, and you never sent me a copy of the report; as I asked, in the order I asked for.
